How do Integrations work?

Integrations connect your store and ad accounts to Marrow. After authorization, Marrow syncs data on a schedule and keeps it available for AI platforms and Skills — with read-only access only.
  • Access: Data Hub → Integrations
  • Purpose: Authorize accounts, manage connections, and keep credentials healthy

What can I connect?

Marrow groups connectors into Commerce, Ads, and Other.

Commerce

Ads

In Skills and analysis contexts, Facebook Ads data is often referred to as Meta Ads.

Other

Additional connectors may appear as Coming soon. They are not available to connect yet.

How do I connect an account?

  1. Open Integrations and browse or search for a connector.
  2. Filter by All, Commerce, Ads, or Other if needed.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Complete authorization:
    • OAuth (for example Facebook Ads, GA4, GSC): approve Marrow in the platform’s consent screen.
    • Form-based (for example Shopify store domain, Amazon region, Google Ads Customer ID, Lingxing App ID/Secret): enter the required details, then confirm.
  5. When the connection succeeds, Marrow starts syncing data for that account.
Many platforms support multiple connections (for example several Shopify stores or Amazon marketplaces). Manage them from the connector’s Manage drawer.

How do I manage connections?

From a connector card or Manage drawer you can:
  • Add connection — authorize another store or ad account under the same platform
  • Reconnect — renew an expired or failing authorization
  • Edit note — label a connection for your team
  • Disconnect — remove the connection
When you disconnect, Marrow stops syncing that account and deletes its synced data immediately.

What do connection statuses mean?

The page summary shows Connected platforms, total Connections, and how many need reauthorization.

Security

Your credentials are encrypted and used for read-only data access. Marrow does not post, bid, or change settings in your connected platforms.
