Subscription and pricing

Marrow is billed as a monthly (or annual) subscription. Your plan sets how much synced data storage and how many seats are included. Connections and MCP calls are unlimited on every plan.

Plans

Sized for describes how much lookback the included storage is meant to cover at typical usage. You can still choose a longer or shorter history per connection — plans differ by what is included, not by which lookback options are allowed. Need a custom contract, higher limits, or procurement support? Choose Enterprise and talk to sales.

What you are paying for

  • Data storage — space used by the tables Marrow syncs from your stores and ad accounts (measured in GB on Usage / Billing).
  • Seats — people who can sign in to your Marrow workspace.
  • Connections — store and ad accounts you authorize. Included without a per-connection fee.
  • MCP calls — requests from AI platforms to Marrow. Included without a per-call fee.

Add-ons

Available on every plan: You can cancel an add-on on its own; the higher limit applies until the next billing cycle. If you cancel the main plan, add-ons are cancelled with it. Upgrading or downgrading your plan does not cancel active add-ons.

Annual billing

Pay annually and get one month free (12 months for the price of 11):

14-day trial

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial. During the trial you get Scale entitlements (including up to 25 months of historical sync), regardless of which paid plan you select on the pricing page.

How sync works in the trial

  1. Quick start sync — Marrow syncs the most recent two full weeks of data first (across your connections). When that finishes, you can use MCP, Skills, and the rest of the product.
  2. Background history — Historical sync continues in the background (up to the Scale lookback window). You do not have to wait for the full history before starting analysis.
Estimated cost after the trial is shown on the billing page so you can see what your usage would cost on a paid plan.

After the trial

Usage limits and overage

  • Track storage and seats on Usage / Billing.
  • If you exceed your plan’s data hard limit while subscribed, Marrow pauses data sync and blocks new connections until you free space, upgrade, or buy extra data. Existing access to already-synced data stays available for review where the product allows.
  • During the trial, going past 80 GB does not stop the trial experience. After you convert to a paid plan, that plan’s hard limit applies.

Choosing a plan

Tip: History length can be set per connection (for example longer lookback on ads, shorter on other sources). Pick a plan for the storage and seats you need, then tune lookback in Integrations as you grow.
